Flo was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on September 25, 1936 and sadly passed away on January 16, 1999. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family. She lived in Birmingham for the most of her life and had many friends, she was a great mother, grandmother and friend to everybody who remembers her.
